Clinical Supervision
Starting out as a psychologist can feel exciting, but also overwhelming. The learning curve is steep, and it’s easy to feel unsure, behind, or like you should already know more than you do. Supervision with me is a space to slow down, make sense of the work, and feel less alone in it all.
As a Board-Approved Supervisor, I am passionate about supporting provisional psychologists and early career therapists to feel more confident in the therapy room. I offer reflective, relational supervision grounded in trauma-informed approaches. Together, we can explore clinical challenges, ethical questions, your use of self in the room, and the day-to-day realities of early practice. You don’t need to have the right words or a clear question to bring. Just come as you are.
You can also find me at The Growing Therapist, where I provide training and resources specifically designed for early career therapists.
