Cancellations and refund policy

The following cancellation policy enables us to provide affordable supervision services:
1. Cancellation by participant:

1.1) All course cancellations must be in writing (notice of cancellation) via email to admin@psychservices.net.au.
1.2) If the notice of cancellation is received more than 7 days prior to the group or training a refund will be provided, minus an administration fee of $10.
1.3) In instances where test materials are posted to participants prior to the group (generally 2 weeks beforehand), the cost of these materials and postage will also be deducted.
1.4) There is no refund for any notice of cancellation received less than 7 days prior to the group or training
1.5) In exceptional circumstances, where less than 7 days notice is given, a credit note may be provided to use at a future group. In such instances evidence must be provided and is at the discretion of the supervisor.

2. Cancellation by Holistic Psychology Services:

2.1) We reserve the right to cancel any group that does not meet the minimum enrolment numbers; or in the event of exceptional circumstances, however in such instances we will provide as much notice as possible (generally between 7 and 14 days).
2.2) Where cancellation occurs, Holistic Psychology Services will provide (where possible) an alternative date for the group or training, or a full refund.
2.3) Holistic Psychology Services will not be responsible for consequential costs or any travel related expenditure resulting from cancelled courses.
