Small group supervision (max 5 participants) for provisional psychologists and early career therapists wanting to gain a deeper understanding of attachment therapy and how it can be applied in clinical practice and integrated into your preferred therapeutic modality.
This group will cover the following:

A brief history of attachment theory

A detailed overview of the different attachment styles and how they present in the therapy room

Therapeutic and relational strategies for supporting clients with an insecure attachment style

Therapist attachment styles (including identifying your own attachment style) and implications within the therapeutic relationship

Ways to cultivate secure attachment dynamics in therapy
